My Review: This wine smelled like jewelry cleaner and incense, that may not seem pleasant to you but these are comfort aromas to me as the daughter of a hippie jewelry store owner. The flavor palette hits the back of your throat with a minerality and deep berry flavor, like raspberries before they have been washed. Very pleased with this interesting red for only $10. Paired this with my dad's famous eggplant lasagna and the bottle was gone by the end of the night. The acidic tomato sauce brought out some more sweetness in the wine to me.
